Before your appointment

Is my booking confirmed when I send the WhatsApp request?

No. Your request is reviewed personally, and your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a reply from Pawlished Pups.

Which days are appointments available?

Appointments can be requested for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from September 2026 onwards.

What information should I include?

Please provide your dog’s breed, age, approximate weight, preferred service and any medical, skin, coat or behavioural information that may affect the groom.

What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange?

At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Less notice may incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Missed appointments require full payment before another booking can be made.

Can new clients book?

Yes. New clients are welcome, and you may be asked to send a recent photo of your dog and their coat before an appointment is confirmed.
